The only problem with other sites is that, for every movie to upload I spend many days dueto my slow upload speed (But I enjoy doing it for friends like all of you!). When thefiles get deleted every effort goes waste.

With rapidshare I have a premium account and the files are not deleted.

Also other sites want you to download a toolbar or some have popups. This is no good forfree users. Rapidshare has no such problems.

Maya says some very helpful things about speeding up downloads from Rapidshare. But Iwould suggest that other companies might be better. MegaUpload is one I've downloadedmovie files from which needs no waiting time in between.

If you are a free user and do not have a premium account, after every download, youdisconnect and reconnect to the internet or power off and power on your modem/router ifyou have DSL. This will change your IP address and you can immidiately download the nextfile. Rapidshare only records IP addresses.

My advice to everyone is, buy a premium account. There is so much of stuff being shared onrapidshare, do not miss out on it.

You have to pay much less then a membership for one website, and get easy access toupdates/movies from most of the websites.

There is no such thing as public account. Noone will share his/her account that is paidfor.

As for uploading files to other websites, when files get deleted, the effort is wasted. Soeveryone who uploads, uploads to a website that they have premium account for, so thefiles never get deleted.

I'm not sure which HOG files you're having trouble with, but certain of them are dividedby the HJ Split programme and need the same thing to join them back together. You'll findit on the web. Hope this helps.

You need to play it with the latest real player. In all other players, like media playerclassic etc. there are frequent such problems only when playing real media.

That is the only problem, the files you downloaded are all ok.

I have an ADSL Brodband account with a non-fixed IP.

If I reboot the ADSL Modem between Rapidshare file downloads I only get a wait time of aminute or so, not the long wait times that I get if I continue to use the same IP.

Therefore Rapidshare recognises your log-ins via IP

Hope this helps some of you.

Sera. The rapidshare links for the videos of JennaWest, Allanah, ArielSummers, etc, etc,do not work. There are gaps in them. I tried putting in _ where there is a space butthis is no good. How should I type the URL without gaps?
